Yes – you’ll need a cohesive brand (logos, colors, fonts) before your design day. If you already have a brand in place, we'll review before you book to make sure you have everything in place. If you don’t have a brand yet, we recommend starting with semi-custom branding first.
How much content do I need?
You’ll need enough content to clearly communicate what you do, who it’s for, and how to take the next step, but it doesn’t need to be overwhelming. Your one-page site is designed to be focused and streamlined, so we’re not trying to fill multiple pages or overcomplicate things. Instead, we structure everything into a clear, cohesive flow that guides your audience from start to finish.
To make this easier, you’ll receive a detailed copy guide that outlines exactly what to include, along with prompts to help you write each section. Most clients find that once they start, it comes together much more quickly than expected.
What platform will my website be built on?
Your website will be built on Showit, a flexible, design-focused platform that allows for beautiful layouts while remaining easy to update. Once your site is complete, you’ll be able to edit text, swap images, and manage your content without needing any coding experience.
What other expenses should I expect?
To launch your website, you’ll need two things: a domain name (your website address) and a Showit subscription. Font licensing is already included with your project, so you won’t need to purchase those separately.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes, easily. Your site is built on Showit, which is designed to be user-friendly and fully editable without code. You’ll be able to update your text, swap images, adjust layouts, and make changes as your business evolves.
You’ll also get access to our detailed Showit tutorial library, which walks you through exactly how to manage your site step by step. So instead of feeling dependent on a designer, you’ll feel confident making updates on your own. The goal isn’t just to hand off a finished site, it’s to make sure you know how to use it.
Can I expand to a full site later?
Yes and it’s designed with that in mind. Your one-page site is a streamlined version of our full website templates, so if you decide to expand later, we can build out your full site in a way that stays cohesive with what you already have. We’ll use your existing design as the foundation, so nothing feels disconnected or like you’re starting over. And importantly, you won’t be double paying for your site. The cost of your one-page site is applied toward your full semi-custom website if you choose to expand.
