On your scheduled design day, we take your selected template and customize it in real time – applying your branding, refining your content, and sourcing imagery or video as needed. Do I need a brand first?
Yes – you’ll need a cohesive brand (logos, colors, fonts) before your design day. If you already have a brand in place, we'll review before you book to make sure you have everything in place. If you don’t have a brand yet, we recommend starting with semi-custom branding first.
Do I need to have everything ready before we start?
You’ll need to complete your prep materials ahead of time, including your copy and brand assets, but you won’t be left guessing what that includes. You’ll receive a detailed copy guide that outlines exactly what’s needed for your site, along with prompts to help you write each section. The goal is to make this process feel clear and manageable not overwhelming.
How much content do I need?
You’ll need enough content to clearly communicate what you do, who it’s for, and how to take the next step – but it doesn’t need to be excessive. Your site is structured intentionally, so we’re not trying to fill space, we’re focusing on clarity and flow. To make this easier, you’ll receive a detailed copy guide that outlines exactly what to include, along with prompts to help you write each section.
What if I don’t want to write my own copy?
You don’t have to. We offer done-for-you copywriting as an optional add-on through our favorite copywriter, Helen of Jetset Content. She specializes in thoughtful, strategic website copy – particularly within the luxury travel space – so your messaging feels just as elevated and aligned as your design. If you choose this option, your copy will be written and delivered in time for your design day so everything comes together seamlessly.
What platform will my website be built on?
Your website will be built on Showit, a flexible, design-focused platform that allows for beautiful layouts while remaining easy to update. Once your site is complete, you’ll be able to edit text, swap images, and manage your content without needing any coding experience.
What other expenses should I expect?
To launch your website, you’ll need two things: a domain name (your website address) and a Showit subscription. Font licensing is already included with your project, so you won’t need to purchase those separately.
